Periferic 1992 On the second After Crying album synthesiser and drums were added to acoustic instruments to make the sound complete. Up to the present day this is the most shocking and the most tragic record of the group. It takes the listener into the depth of sins and sufferings that seem to overcome our world in a formerly unexperienced degree in this century. Sound of the dark and dramatic material, that based on a passage of Gospel, is irresistible and, in some places, quite appalling. Structure of the whole album is very strict and disciplined, but still this work is neither distressing nor depressing. The light of the purified, humble but implacable reason lifts up the listener’s heart and fulfil it with hope. Most important persons in the process of the collective work were Csaba Vedres (piano, EKO Stradivarius, vocal, bird), Péter Pejtsik (cello, vocal, bird), Balázs Winkler (trumpet, synthesiser, vocal, bird), László Gacs (drums, percussion, vocal, bird), Gábor Egervári and Tamás Görgényi (words and ideas).
